By using PropertyKart (com.propertykart.app), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
PropertyKart helps users discover, save, and post property listings in India. Features may change as the product evolves.
2. Accounts
- Sign in with Google or email and password.
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Listings and user content
If you post listings or other content, you confirm you have the right to publish it and that information is truthful to the best of your knowledge. You grant PropertyKart a license to display your listing content within the app to operate the service.
4. Property information
Listings may be provided by users. PropertyKart does not guarantee pricing accuracy, availability, title, RERA status, or investment outcomes. Verify details independently before making decisions.
5. Prohibited conduct
- False, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Harassment, spam, or abuse
- Unauthorized access or illegal use
- Impersonation or rights violations
6. Intellectual property
PropertyKart branding and platform content (excluding user listings) belong to PropertyKart or its licensors.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account from Profile → Delete account or via Delete Account.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyKart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on listings.
10. Third-party services
Authentication may use Google and Supabase. Their terms apply to those services.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
